Delicate Surface Cleaning
Low-pressure cleaning for delicate surfaces. Safe for roofs, painted siding, and more.
Soft washing uses significantly lower water pressure than standard pressure washing. Instead of relying on force to clean, it uses a biodegradable cleaning solution that breaks down algae, mould, lichen, and grime at the source.
The solution does the heavy lifting. A gentle rinse then clears it away — leaving the surface clean without any of the abrasion or risk that comes with high pressure.
Results also last longer. Because the biological growth is treated rather than just blasted off, it takes much longer to return.
Soft wash vs. pressure wash
Pressure wash — high force, best for hard surfaces like concrete and brick that can handle the impact.
Soft wash — low pressure with cleaning solution, best for surfaces that would be damaged by high force.
If high pressure would damage or strip the surface, soft washing is the right call.
Removes moss, lichen, and algae without lifting shingles or breaking down roofing material.
Cleans without stripping or fading paint. Removes green algae and organic staining safely.
Stucco is porous and easily damaged by high pressure. Soft washing keeps it intact while removing deep staining.
Also suitable for: cedar shingles, EIFS, wood fencing, and vinyl cladding.
